Four-time Grammy Award-winning producer, Cheryl Pawelski, has been entrusted with preserving, curating and championing some of music’s greatest legacies. Before co-founding Omnivore Recordings, she held positions at EMI-Capitol Records, Concord Music Group, and Rhino Entertainment. She has produced or supervised recordings, reissues and boxed sets for Wilco, Stax, Hank Williams, Aretha Franklin, Rod Stewart, Willie Nelson, The Beach Boys, The Band, Warren Zevon, John Coltrane, Otis Redding, Bette Midler, Nina Simone, Miles Davis, Big Star, The Staple Singers, and many more. In addition to producing releases for Omnivore Recordings, Pawelski is a sought-after producer and resource for artists, estates, media entities, and other labels. Pawelski has also been an active member of, and has served, or is serving on boards for The Recording Academy, The Blues Foundation, Women in Vinyl, Joey’s Song, The Recording Academy’s Producer’s & Engineer’s Wing, Farm Aid, and The Center for Recorded Music.
